Established in August 2001, Wheldon works with clients across the business spectrum, including charities, trade associations, commercial organisations and private individuals.

We organise conferences and meetings for as few as 20 attendees to as many as 1200; from a half-day meeting to a week-long conference and whilst we focus on UK based events, many of these include audience and speaker attendance from Europe and Internationally.

Our collective team has over 30 years combined experience in conference and meeting organisation and so you can be confident in the knowledge that you will be in capable hands.

We’ve tackled some challenges for clients behind the scenes along the way, but also taken great pride in reading and receiving positive post event feedback.

I’ll be honest… event management and logistics was not my chosen career.

Although formerly from a background of marketing and advertising in an administrative capacity – event management found me!

Following school and starting work at the age of 17,  my further education was from the school of life.  I am honoured to have learned the profession over the years, from a wonderful group of people.

Wheldon was born in August 2001 with a book of only 2 clients (both of whom, I am thrilled to say, are still clients). My first meeting was scheduled to take place a week after 9/11 and was subsequently cancelled.  A bad omen you may think!  No, an opportunity to work harder and present great results for my clients.

That’s why I and the team take your event personally, wanting it to succeed on every level.

There is principle in acknowledging your weaknesses and strengths in delivering an event. My reward comes from getting the details right, having happy attendees and seeing a delighted client!
